We've bought several cars here at Sarasota Mitsubishi. This is the 1st time we actually had a claim after our catalytic converter was stolen. Dave in claims was super helpful dealing with our insurance company and getting our car fixed asap. Our insurance company wanted us to go elsewhere but I said I trust these guys, I'm taking my car to Sarasota Mitsubishi. So glad we did.

They did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle, and they exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to make measurable recommendations to ensure I would save money in the future and be safer on the road. I particularly appreciate Steve for always being unbiased in his advice and his expertise with handling my vehicle. I have an older model car and really appreciate his depth of knowledge and ability to provide quality recommendations that I need. We just left the dealership and I can’t express, even remotely, how happy we were/are with the level of service we received from Tim and Martin! It was such a pleasurable experience and we were in and out in only an hour (if you’ve ever purchased a car, you’ll know you that this is a TREMENDOUS feat)! From what we purchased and what I saw on the lot, they are fastidious in regards to the quality of their vehicles - the vehicle we purchased based is in impeccable condition. Although we live two hours away near Disney, I would not hesitate to make the drive again to purchase another vehicle (which we have one more to purchase in the near future)! The guys that work in the service department are always, helpful, nice, kind & personable. Being a single lady & my dad no longer here to tell me what services I need done to my car these guys always give positive feedback & I don’t feel as if they are trying to make money. I feel they are genuinely helpful & concerned for what’s best for my car & I appreciate that.
Online booking was efficient. Arrived on time for oil change and tire rotation, and was out in 45 minutes. Pleasant experience and probably one of the cleanest mechanic bay floors I have ever seen. That fact by itself inspires confidence in the service. I had the opportunity to speak with the mechanics in the garage bay. Great guys. Typical Mitsubishi service. I buy my vehicles based on not just the car but the service. Very pleased.
