I love my Mitsubishi Lancer and Julie and the service crew took great care of it. I only needed general maintenance done, but it was done fast and very professional. Julie even helped me with discounts that got my service done cheaper! Thanks a lot!

I have been going to the dealer ever since I purchase my vehicle sometime in early Aug of 2011. I have been awe struck with its excellent gas mileage as well as the excellent services that I received each time that I visit the Sarasota Mitsubishi dealership. The staff especially my service advisor Julie are the best. She has a way of making the visit pleasurable, comfortable and stress free and that is important when it comes to car maintenance with this economy. As long as Julie is around I promise to take my car there for all of my repairs in the future. This is truly an A + shop.

I just want to say that Service Manager, Tony Ramsey, is a top notch service manager and person. I have had my car serviced at this dealership for 2 years. When the headliner in my Eclipse started to fall, Tony went above & beyond to bring it to Mitsubishi's attention as this is an uncommon problem. The headliner will be replaced free of charge to me thanks to Tony!!! I've always been treated right by Tony and all the other staff at this dealership!!!!! Kudos to all of them!
