I have been going to this dealership for the past 3 years for maintenance and repairs on my Suzuki car. Tony in the Service Dept. is excellent in customer service and explaining what needs to be done without trying to oversell additional parts. Because we really like this dealership, we watched for the new 2016 Outlander and loved the look and style. Hank always was helpful and informative and did a great job on the sale.

We are very pleased with the overall experience at this dealership. The staff were very knowledgeable and ver helpful. We leased the 2015 outlander(4 cylinder) and are very excited about this SUV. It handles extremely well, very comfortable, the backup camera is great, the MPG is excellent(driving mostly local roads the first tankful was 32 MPG).

Last week my wife and I went to Sarasota Mitsubishi to have new brakes put on our car. We have been going there for 7 years and never had to haggle a price and was always greeted with a smile and a good price for any work being done. As we were waiting for the brakes to be done we looked at the new cars. We were approached by Andy Destefano and we told hem we were only looking and just kicking tires. We talked about weather and just admired the new look and new options that came out over the years. Living in Florida we talked about the sun and it affects with different color paint on cars. We walked outside and there were 3 Mitshubishi Outlander Sports sitting side by side. One white one gray and one black. We sat in the white one and were just amazed at the amount of room inside and for passengers in the back. I asked Andy about the mileage and the ride and the safety features. All were better than expected. He asked if we would like to take it for a ride. I drove and the car had great pick up to pull out into traffic. The ride was smooth and the seats were high so you have ease getting in and out. there was plenty of view looking at the road and for turns. I let my wife drive ,she liked it. Andy never mentioned the price so I asked. It was more than we wanted to pay at that time and I told him so. I looked at the tires and to my surprise they were "A" rated all around and rated for highway driving. At this point I asked about the warranty. Again I was impressed. I asked Andy to give me the bottom line. He went to talk to the Manager and came back with a price that just might be doable. Andy said if your really interested trust me and I'll work the numbers and see what I could do. We let him do what he does best. He was able to make the numbers work. We told him to go for it. We drove it home. As of yesterday we put 350 miles on it and and I can't pick out one thing to complain about. HOWEVER the day after we bought the car I took the car back with two issues. As I pulled into the lot Andy and the manager came out to say hello and I told them we have TWO MAJOR ISSUES. First issue....a dove pooped on the window. Second issue....How do you change the time on the clock. Both my wife and I are very happy with the way we were treated...We were never pushed into anything. And the quality of the product sold it self. The management and staff at Sarasota Mitsubishi are willing to work for you and your needs....no haggling no stress....If you doubt my testimonial contact me.
